A trip to WA’s Southwest is never complete without a shot of Sugarloaf. This shot was taken on Thursday of last week, the 8th of July. 80km/h winds, heavy rain with an expected 5 metre swell, I wasn’t expecting to go shooting! But we went out to go check the surf and as we got our gear out the rain stopped. I took quite a bit of shots but reviewing them on the camera showed massive camera shake due to the wind!
This shot of Sugarloaf is a 10 image stitch which made the .psd file quite large but with a 65 inch width. Really did minimal post processing work on this one which is why I quite like it. Stitched with the 50mm f/1.4 the image is really sharp so I’m actually planning on getting this one printed and framed for the house. Let me know what you think.
